Terms: 50% of your order total is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the time of delivery or customer pick up. Return Check Policy: All returned checks will be subject to pay a return charge of $35.00. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event to receive a 75% refund. No refund will be given if cancelled within two weeks of event.

Delivery Charge: A delivery charge is applied to every delivery request. Our Pick Up and Drop Off Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and 9am-Noon on Saturday Damages & Late Fees: Damages that occur while in the renters care is the responsibility of the renter. Late Fees will be applied to equipment that is not returned on time. 24 Hour Notification Line: Please call if you are missing equipment or it is not functioning properly. Dishware Glassware & Flatware: All dishware is to be stored in the proper container for transport. Any damages to dishware will be charged to the renter. All dishware must be returned rinsed or cleaning fees (equal to 50% of original rental fee) will be applied. Linens: Any damages to the linens such as, but not limited to, severe stains, candle wax, chocolate, mildew, rips/tears and/or burn holes while in renters care will be subject to pay a cleaning and/or replacement fee. The cleaning fee is $10 per cloth. The replacement fee is four times the rental rate. Never put wet linens into a plastic bag. Candelabras: We recommend using dripless candles. If candelabras are returned with was, a $30 cleaning fee will apply per candelabra. Champagne Fountains: Do not use any liquids that contain pulp. Do not disassemble. Drain & wipe bowl before return. Set up: Set up is included with dance floors and tents. The set up for additional equipment is available at $100 per hour. Quotes can be provided.
Hold Harmless and Indemnifications: Any services that are rendered without prior arrangement at time of delivery and/or pick up are subject to additional charges. The Renter who is renting from Ray Party Rental is liable for any damages to the equipment including tents whether by vandalism, negligence, and or act of God. Additional services including, but not limited to, any of the above circumstances will be the liability of the renter and will be charged accordingly. This also includes any tightening or reset fees that may occur throughout the duration of the rental. The person(s) or party renting the tent is subject to full cost of all damages that may occur. The tent(s) are not to be relocated or changed in any manner, unless the renter contacts Ray Party Rental for approval first. Failure to comply will constitute cancellation of the contract and rental fees shall not be refundable. Ray Party Rental will supply Flame Retardant Certificates upon request, but person(s) or party(s) renting the tent will have full responsibility of obtaining all permits necessary to meet city codes. Renters are responsible for any loss due to theft. In addition, customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ray Party Rental from any and all liability, claims, damages actions and causes of actions whatsoever which many arise from the customer’s use of the rental equipment while in customer’s possession, regardless of cause and customer will indemnify Ray Party Rental for all cost of defense thereof and judgments or settlement of claims resulting from damage to property injury arising from customer’s use of said equipment. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
