We offer a full line of equipment to complete the needs for your Corporate Event. Such as: Dance Floors, Stages, Podiums and Bars. Additionally, we are able to set the table with a Dishware, Glassware, Flatware, Chaffing Dishes, Serving Trays, Beverage Fountains, Coffee Urns, Frozen Drink Machines & BBQ Grills.

If your Corporate Event is outdoors, consider a tent for your guests comfort. We carry both pole and frame tents.

We will meet with you on site prior to your Corporate Event to help establish a layout of the installation . We will help calculate the square footage needed, the correct size tent(s), seating plans and best placement. We will take into account the types of equipment to be used and the space required for each. We will also consider the logistics of set up and take down - so as to minimize the interruption of day-to- day functions.

We can assist in arranging for temporary power, Lighting, Portalets and Permits for Tents. All of our Tents are certified flame resistant and we maintain current documentation with local fire prevention agencies to facilitate permitting.
